🌯 Greek Chicken Wraps
Bright, herby, and protein-packed. Perfect for on-the-go lunches.
Ingredients (makes 2 wraps):
1 chicken breast (7 oz), chopped into 1” pieces
1 small zucchini, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
½ red onion, chopped
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp basil
¼ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp onion powder
¼ tsp salt
1 lemon, sliced
To Serve:
2 tbsp feta cheese, crumbled
2 large flour tortillas or wraps (I LOVE HERO tortillas made with avocado oil)
👩🍳 Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F.
In a large bowl, toss chicken, zucchini, bell pepper, onion, olive oil, and seasonings. Lay lemon slices under the chicken mix on a second baking sheet.
Roast tray for 15 minutes, or until veggies are tender and chicken is fully cooked.

Greek Chicken Wraps:
Divide chicken and roasted veggies into two containers (remove lemon slices). Sprinkle with feta.
→ Reheat and spoon into a tortilla when ready to serve.
Storage Tip: Keeps fresh in the fridge for up to 4 days.
